Awesome job yesterday!! Elena and I worked you extra hard, and all of you hung in there!

Felt good last night. Abs and Arms sore today but the class was awesome. Hard to believe I can get up the Kenmore hill w/o passing out now (not suicide hill in the park). THANKS – I FEEL GOOD (as james brown would sing).
